ABOUT A&A CARPENTRY
Work Skills
A&A Carpentry actively promotes and supports applications from its carpenters to join the
Construction Skills Certifications Scheme.
We are also keen to promote the development of new blood in our industry and to this
end we employ apprentices through the CITB (Construction Industries Training Board).
Health & Safety
Because only best working practices are good enough for A&A Carpentry, the issue of Health and
Safety awareness is at the top of our list of priorities.
All foremen on site will be qualified SSSTS Site foremen and our Contract Manager is qualified to SMSTS,
improving standards of Health & Safety on site for all
We have developed and implemented our own Health and Safety policy tailored for our particular industry,
and have retained the services of All Knight Safety Ltd (AKS) as consultants.
